Longda Flooring Projects Chongqing University Affiliated Hospital

In March 2024, Chongqing University Affiliated Hospital was put into use. Our hospital is a key livelihood project in the Western (Chongqing) Science City, located in Jinfeng Town, High tech Zone, Chongqing. The total construction area is about 650000 square meters and the total scale is 2500 designated beds. In the future, this area will achieve “dual campus” operation together with the Shapingba campus.

According to the announcement, the total investment of the project is approximately 5736.338 million yuan.

The hospital is divided into Phase I and Phase II construction. The first phase of the project will construct a medical comprehensive building with a construction area of approximately 530000 square meters, an infection building with a construction area of approximately 4129 square meters, a sewage treatment station, a liquid oxygen station, a ground parking building, and an underground garage.

The hospital will be promoted according to the principle of overall planning and phased implementation, with the goal of becoming an international first-class prevention and treatment center. It will be built into a national specialized hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, and rehabilitation, leading Chongqing’s prevention and treatment, technical research, and talent cultivation, radiating to Chongqing and surrounding areas.
