Longda Flooring Project: The First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University

The project of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College, managed by Hainan Holdings’ Haikong Real Estate, is located on the west side of Yangguijing Road in Guilin, Jiangdong New District, Haikou City. The project has entered the stage of decoration and garden construction. As of June 2024, the project has achieved 67.24% of its annual investment target and achieved the “double over half” target ahead of schedule.

The project is a tertiary Grade A hospital in Jiangdong New District, Haikou City, Hainan Province, integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care, and emergency treatment. It covers an area of 254 acres and has a total construction area of 306700 square meters.

After the completion of the project, it will greatly meet the needs of the development of clinical medical education and talent cultivation in Hainan, further improve the medical infrastructure of Haikou Jiangdong New Area and even the entire Hainan Province, better meet the growing health security needs of the people, comprehensively enhance the medical service level of Hainan Free Trade Port, and inject strong impetus and support into the development of the region’s medical industry.
