Longda Flooring Project: Guanganmen Hospital Jinan Branch

The foundation of the Jinan Hospital project of Guang’anmen Hospital of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine will be completed by the end of 2024.

The newly built Guang’anmen Hospital Jinan Hospital is located in the core area of Jinan International Medical Science Center Medical Silicon Valley, covering an area of 4.83 hectares, with a total construction area of 240000 square meters, a total investment of 3.1 billion yuan, and a newly built bed scale of about 1000.

The project is located south of Ciheng Fourth Road and east of Medical Avenue in Huaiyin District. The total land area above ground is 48339 square meters, divided into two plots in the south and north, with a total construction area of 240576.68 square meters, including 135394.39 square meters above ground and 105182.29 square meters underground, with a building density of 47%.

The project will provide 1750 motor vehicle parking spaces, including 1680 underground parking spaces and 70 above ground parking spaces; Construct 1850 non motorized vehicle parking spaces, including 1400 underground parking spaces and 450 above ground parking spaces.

According to the requirements for the construction of national regional medical centers, the hospital will adopt a trusteeship model, and Guang’anmen Hospital will dispatch a team of clinical and management experts to guide the discipline construction, talent cultivation, scientific research innovation, hospital management and other work of Jinan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, comprehensively improving its traditional Chinese medicine service capabilities and levels.

The hospital and Jinan will be committed to building a Chinese medicine service highland and industrial base, and build Guang’anmen Hospital Jinan Hospital into a high-level clinical diagnosis and treatment center, high-level talent training center, and high-level scientific research innovation and transformation platform with balanced development of “medicine, education, research, prevention, and management”. Together with the national medical center and the “the Belt and Road” Chinese medicine laboratory planned and constructed simultaneously, the hospital will work together to promote the improvement of regional and national Chinese medicine, promote high-level international cooperation, and make the bright name card of Chinese medicine more shining.
