The Chengdu Central Hospital (East Hospital of Chengdu Third People’s Hospital) (Phase I) project (project code: 2305-5101000-04-01-693092) has a total land area of 400.21 acres, including 220 acres for Phase I construction and 180.21 acres for long-term use.

This project has 1450 beds (including 1000 emergency beds, 200 GCP beds for scientific research, and 250 comprehensive beds); The total construction area is 265900 square meters, including 205900 square meters of above ground construction area (including the first phase of the outpatient and medical technology inpatient building, the combination of flat and emergency buildings, the fever clinic building, the infectious disease building, the management and logistics comprehensive building, the animal building, the science and education comprehensive building, the sewage treatment station and garbage station, the garbage station, the liquid oxygen station, the material warehouse, the gatehouse, the elevated floor, etc.), and 60000 square meters of underground construction area (including the motor vehicle garage, non motor vehicle garage, medical and supporting rooms, equipment rooms, the civil defense center hospital, the property management room, etc.). The reserved land is also greened and grass planted. The total investment estimate for the project is 3421646300 yuan, including engineering costs of 2161049800 yuan, other construction costs of 587345200 yuan, contingency funds of 116608800 yuan, medical equipment investment of 32004500 yuan, information technology investment of 118.88 million yuan, construction period interest of 115252500 yuan, and bond issuance fees of 2.465 million yuan. The source of project funds is municipal financial funds, application for issuance of local government special bonds, and self raised by the owner.
