Longda Flooring Project: Beijing Gaobo Hospital

Recently, the decoration and renovation project of Beijing Gaobo Hospital has successfully passed the completion acceptance. The successful completion of this completion filing marks that the project is ready for use. Thus, Beijing Gaobo Hospital has officially entered the preparation stage for operation from the construction phase. Beijing Gaobo Hospital will be put into operation this year.

The Beijing Gaobo Hospital project is located in the second phase of Zhongguancun Life Science Park. It is an important strategic deployment of Beijing and an important measure for Changping District to promote the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical and health industry. In 2020, it was included in the list of “Three 100” key projects in Beijing.

The ground building presents an “H” shape, with the South Tower inpatient department and the North Tower research building relatively independent, connected by a central corridor, reflecting the close interdependence and connection between clinical and scientific research. Like the double helix structure of DNA, they complement each other, with 8 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, with a total construction area of about 100000 square meters and a planned bed capacity of 500.
