UV coating, namely “polyurethane UV curing coating”, is a way of surface reinforcement treatment with epoxy resin. Its formula is active diluent, oligomer, photoinitiator and additives.
The gloss and wear resistance of UV coating are very good. The coating has excellent chemical and physical properties and rapid curing characteristics. It is widely used by vinyl flooring. After UV coating treatment, it can greatly improve the anti pollution and antibacterial ability of vinyl flooring, increase the service life of wear-resistant layer, be easy to clean, effectively absorb ultraviolet rays and delay product aging.
UV coating adopts the light curing coating process on the coating surface. The light curing process adopted by UV coating has no pollution when spraying the coating. In terms of the process of factory processing the floor, the health and environmental pollution of workers is minimal. For the buyer, the finished floor has been in the processing process, so that the solvent in the coating volatilizes, which will not pose pollution hazards to the user.
Now the bright, semi matte and matte floors sold on the market are only the processing made in the process to meet different consumer needs, which has no inevitable relationship with UV coating. The coating quality is mainly reflected in whether the product surface is plump and good-looking, and whether it has high antibacterial, pollution resistance, wear and scratch resistance indicators, etc.
PUR coating means polyurethane reinforced coating.

The polyurethane, polyhydroxy compound and solvent are mixed and dropped on the surface of the ground material, and heated to produce a chemical reaction. Both cross linked and solidified into a network structure. This is the most typical polyurethane surface treatment method at present.

The raw material of UV coating is epoxy resin.
PRR coating is naturally formed and can be dried or cured at low temperature without other special processes.
UV coating needs to be dried and cured by strong ultraviolet light.
PUR coating is thin but not very hard.
The hardness of UV coating is very high, and the thickness can reach 0.6cm.
PUR coating has excellent adhesion.
UV coating is inferior to PUR coating in adhesion.
PUR coating has excellent chemical resistance, acid, alkali, salt and petroleum products, and is not easy to crack and fall off.
UV coating has high hardness, good wear resistance, good transparency, scratch resistance and friction resistance.
