In general, the main difference is the way how the vinyl sheet looks. Directional means the vinyl sheet pattern has a set direction either from right to left or from top to bottom. Non-directional means the vinyl sheet pattern has no direction and is all the same no matter which side you look.
For directional sheet vinyl, the pavement can only be paved in one direction. If the direction is changed, there will be obvious design and color dislocation and color difference.
For non-directional sheet vinyl, there will be no obvious difference in pavement in different directions. It will look all the same no matter which side you pave it.
The directional homogeneous transparent floor adopts one-time forming process, while the non directional transparent floor adopts multiple forming processes. The one-time forming process is simple and fast, but the density is very small; while the multiple forming processes has complex processes, but the density is greatly increased, which greatly improves the wear resistance and prolongs the service life.
As we all know, homogeneous transparent flooring is also a kind of PVC flooring. Its main components are PVC, calcium powder and additional components. Then the PVC content of directional transparent floor is much less than that of non directional transparent floor.
In terms of cost, the cost of directional flooring should be lower than that of non-directional flooring. Cause the making process is easier, and the PVC content is less for directional flooring.
