Acceptance Standard for Vinyl Flooring Installation

1. Check whether the specifications of plastic plates and coiled materials used for PVC floor surface meet the design requirements and national standards.

Acceptance method: relevant sellers are required to provide qualification certificates of PVC flooring and test reports of corresponding plates.

2. Check whether the adhesion between the PVC surface layer and the surface layer is firm, and whether there is edge warping, degumming, etc.

Acceptance method: Through visual inspection, it can be seen whether the adhesion between the surface layers conforms to the acceptance standard of PVC floor, or it can be gently knocked with a small hammer to see whether there is edge warping of PVC floor surface layers.

3. The surface of PVC floor should be kept clean, the joints between the plates of PVC floor should be tight, and the patterns should match each other.

Acceptance method: conduct visual inspection, as long as the pattern of the pvc floor is clear and the color is consistent with the naked eye.

4. Check whether the welding joint between the PVC floor plate and the plate is flat, whether there is coking discoloration, spots, etc.

Acceptance method: the decoration company of PVC floor is required to provide a test report, and the allowable deviation of concavity and convexity between plate welding joints can be ± 0.6mm.
