Longda Flooring Project: Chengdu Third People's Hospital

The Chengdu Third People’s Hospital project plans to build 900 beds with a total construction area of 186610 square meters, including an above ground construction area of 119687.02 square meters (including the outpatient and emergency medical technology building, comprehensive inpatient building, international medical building, fever clinic, etc.); The underground building area is 66922.98 square meters (including motor vehicle garage, non motor vehicle garage, civil defense center hospital, medical facilities, etc.). The main construction content includes the installation of the main building, the overall layout, medical equipment, and information technology costs (corresponding to the smart medical system in the feasibility study approval).

The estimated investment for the project is 2649.4268 million yuan. Among them, the engineering cost is 1.4755568 billion yuan, the other construction costs are 2.664867 billion yuan, the reserve fund is 80.1658 million yuan, the medical equipment investment is 579.946 million yuan, the information technology cost is 100.6955 million yuan, the construction period interest is 144.646 million yuan, and the bond issuance fee is 1.93 million yuan. The sources of funds are municipal financial funds, application for issuance of local government special bonds, and self raised by property owners.
