Longda Flooring Project: Tongji Xiangyang Hospital

The construction of Tongji Xiangyang Hospital project has been completed and entered the stage of joint debugging, testing and acceptance, striving to be put into operation in March 2026.

The project is located on the north side of Funiu Road, east of Haoranhe Road, and west of Lumen Avenue in Dongjin New District, covering an area of 114 acres with a total construction area of 163,700 square meters.

The total investment of the project is 1.79 billion yuan, and the main construction content includes a four story outpatient and emergency medical technology building, two twelve story inpatient buildings, a two-story women and children’s center, and a five story administrative and logistics building. It is planned to have 1000 beds and 1300 parking spaces for motor vehicles. The project will also be equipped with a large number of medical equipment and carry out information technology construction.

As a key livelihood project, the Tongji Xiangyang Hospital project is the fifth batch of national regional medical center projects that the province and city are striving for in 2023. It will build distinctive departments such as obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and neurology, and drive the overall improvement of regional medical level. At the same time, the project has achieved synchronous development with Tongji Hospital in clinical diagnosis and treatment, teaching and training, technological research and development, talent cultivation, and information technology construction.
