The Hainan Elderly Medical Center project is a key health planning project in Hainan Province, with a total construction area of 70500 square meters. It includes outpatient and medical technology inpatient buildings, fever outpatient buildings, civil defense center hospitals, and related supporting facilities. The project will add 300 beds and accommodate up to 1500 daily outpatient visits.
After the completion of the project, it will enhance the medical service capabilities of Hainan Provincial Geriatric Hospital, inject stronger impetus into the hospital’s transformation, scientific development, and high-quality development, and improve the overall layout of Hainan’s health industry.
The project utilizes “BIM technology+prefabricated construction” to simulate construction progress through BIM models, plan the production, transportation, and assembly of components reasonably, and ultimately achieve the goal of building a “green hospital”.
