2、 In summer, the temperature of PVC flooring varies greatly in different environments such as warehouses, transportation, and paving, and the problem of thermal insulation and shrinkage becomes increasingly apparent. Therefore, before paving, it is necessary to leave it at the construction site for 24 hours to ensure that its thermal expansion and contraction rate fully match the temperature at the construction site before paving.

3、 All floors should have expansion joints when paving, in order to leave a certain space for the thermal expansion and contraction of the floor. The temperature is high in summer, and the floor is in a “swollen” state, so the reserved expansion joints are smaller than in winter. If expansion joints are still left according to winter standards, when the temperature drops, the distance between expansion joints will become larger due to floor shrinkage.

4、 High summer temperatures can lead to rapid evaporation of water. So when using water-based adhesive to pave PVC flooring, the scraping area should not be too large, generally within 30 square meters, and the drying time should also be shorter than usual. Avoid affecting the bonding strength due to the rapid drying speed of the adhesive.
